Macon it on Thursday
The rain cleared up and we had a beautiful day on Thursday. To take advantage of the day we decided to head to Fort Macon. The last time we visited it was just around the time of Hurricane Ophelia. Because of this there were several portions of the fort that we were not able to venture to because of flooded areas. The image below shows an area we were not able to walk around last time.
Friday is fishing day!
